The device has an artificial light source (7) formed of a fluorescent lamp or LED by replacing solar light. The artificial light source is placed between photovoltaic panels (1) facing each other. Bulbs are mounted on a sliding frame (8) between the photovoltaic panels. A side cooling system i.e. radiator (10), is arranged for cooling of elements of the device and for optimization of the device. Lateral ventilators (11) are supplied with power through a cable (13). The cooling system is in contact with a base of the panels.
