摘要 A method for clarifying fruit, berry and mixed fruit and berry juices comprises filtering freshly pressed juice and treatment with a natural sorbent while heating with the further isolation of the spent sorbent. The natural dispersive mineral glauconite, which is preliminary subjected to thermal treatment, is used as the sorbent.
