An electric power installation comprises a case 1, a generator with a stator 2 and rotor 3 placed therein, and two operating wheels 4 and 5. Each wheel consists of a drive shaft 6 and at least two blades 7 spread along it. Hemispherical cavities 9 are made in each blade from operating plane side 8; or each blade is made as a row of hemispherical elements fixed on a frame; and the blades are disposed on the operating wheels with such an orientation that the unidirectional flow ensures their rotation in opposite directions.
