Proposed device comprises inclining mixer furnace with melt feed regulator, rolls making closed gage, and female die with gage orifice. Said rolls are arranged in bed in cantilever. Note here that plane crossing rolls centers makes angle =5-85 with horizontal plane. Prechamber is arranged between female die and gage with inclination =90-175 and provided with cooling channels and cylindrical cavity. Said prechamber is equidistant to gage orifice shape.
