METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC COMPLICATED PANCREATITIS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for surgical treatment of chronic complicated pancreatitis. Lower edge of pancreas is sewn twice temporarily above mesenterico-portal trunk with ligature step 0.5 cm. Ligatures are brought apart and tightened, lifting pancreas above vein. Dorsal surface of pancreas is separated from mesenterico-portal venous trunk, leaving on it 2-3 mm thick site from cicatricially modified gland parenchyma. Then said actions are repeated until isthmus is transected completely, with preservation of lumen of main pancreatic duct on gland cuts and formation of dorsal edges of isthmus for further formation of bilateral pancreato-enteroanastomosis. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of injury to vessels. ^ 7 dwg
