<p>PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing a non-combustible insulation sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent fire from spreading so that people can obtain a time for running away. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing a non-combustible insulation sheet comprises a first application unit(40), a first binding unit(50), a second application unit(60), a second binding unit(70), and an auxiliary binding unit(80). The first application unit applies a flame retardant adhesive layer on a aluminum foil(20). The first binding unit transfers the aluminum foil, and attaches a glass fiber fabric(10) formed with a non-combustible layer to the aluminum foil. The second application unit transfers the glass fiber fabric laminated with the aluminum foil, and laminates the flame retardant adhesive layer on the other surface of the aluminum foil. The second binding unit manufactures the non-combustible insulation sheet by laminating another glass fiber fabric on the other surface of the flame retardant adhesive layer. The auxiliary binding unit pressurizes both surfaces of the non-combustible insulation sheet by a roller.</p> |
