FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: armoured repair-evacuation machine (AREM) is additionally equipped with a quick-detachable weight-handling device, and seats are arranged in an anchor slab on the manufacturing stage. Then on a ploughshare-bulldoser of the AREM, the supports are rigidly fixed to fix weight-handling devices. The distance between the supports is arranged as equal to the distance between seats of the anchor slab. In process of anchor slab dismantling, a weight-handling mechanism is a ploughshare-bulldoser with power hydraulic cylinders of rising and lowering. The ploughshare-bulldoser is previously taken out into the position, providing for the required travel for full extraction of anchor rods as an anchor slab is being lifted. Then the weight-handling device is installed into seats of the anchor slab by one side, and by the other side it is joined with supports of the ploughshare-bulldoser, and the ploughshare-bulldoser and joined anchor slab are lifted prior to complete extraction of anchor rods from soil. The device is arranged in the form of two four-link traction rods comprising links hingedly joined to each other. Links are arranged in the form of a fork serving for fixation on an anchor slab seat, a hook serving for fixation on a support, and an eye and a lever connecting them. The form is equipped with a fastening element to connect with the anchor slab seat. The hook is arranged as capable of rigid fixation on the ploughshare-bulldoser support. The traction lever is arranged as capable of placement onto a mouldboard of the ploughshare-bulldoser when forces are applied through the eye, arising in the traction rod as the ploughshare-bulldoser moves along the arc in process of anchor slab lifting. ^ EFFECT: simplified dismantling of an anchor slab. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
