A method for electric control of accumulator battery quality is proposed. At electric control of accumulator batteries quality batteries are discharged during 3-30 c by electric current equals to Iwhich depends on battery type. The process is performed after the last technological operation during time period () which depends on the battery type and manufacturing technology and under the temperature of electrolyte in the batteries in the range (T-T) depending on the battery type. Before beginning of discharge a voltage drop on terminals U, Uterminals in moment tof discharge finishing is measured; during discharge voltage drop on Uterminals in the moment of tis measured; then voltage drop at terminals Uat the moment of tof discharge process is measured;Ufor a difference (UU) is calculated; U, U,Uare compared with controlled values U, UU, for every accumulator of every battery type. On the base of results of said comparison a decision as to quality of accumulator battery is made. The battery is considered as qualitative one when Urelates to the interval U;is more or equal to;Uis less or equal toUfor every accumulator. |
