The adjuster (59) has two hydraulic valves i.e. central valves, coaxial to each other. A sleeve is arranged inside a valve housing. Inner parts are arranged inside the sleeve. A supply terminal is axially attached with two power ports to pivot the motor adjuster. Pivoting hydraulic fluid is loaded from one of the power ports to the other power port. The sleeve is displaced against spring force of a spring i.e. cup spring, relative to the inner part. The inner part is rigidly supported at the valve housing. The inner part is secured by an anti-twist plate.
