<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for, even before a user gets out of a car, recruiting the next user, and for promoting vehicle dispatch to a desired place. <P>SOLUTION: This rental car dispatch system includes: reservation information management means 102 for managing the reservation information of a rental car in a management block; number of possessed vehicle management means 103 for calculating the expected number of possessed vehicles at the closing time on that day of each business office, the necessary number of possessed vehicles at the opening time on the next day, and the preliminary number of possessed vehicles at the opening time on the next day on the basis of the reservation information managed by the reservation information management means; deduction fee calculation means 104 for, in accordance with the change of the reservation information of each customer, calculating a predetermined deduction fee when a difference between the necessary number of possessed vehicles at the opening time on the next day and the expected number of possessed vehicles at the closing time on that day of the return business office becomes positive before change and negative after change; and communication means 101 for receiving at least the change of the reservation information of each customer, and for transmitting the deduction fee based on the change of the return business office to a rental car terminal 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
