<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an amount of movement and a position of an electromechanical device by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: An electromechanical device 10 comprises: an electromagnetic coil 100; a rotor magnet 200; n pieces (n is an integer of 2 or more) of magnetic sensors 300 for detecting an electrical angle of the rotor magnet 200; and a position detecting section 760 for detecting a present position of a member to be driven by using outputs of the n pieces of magnetic sensors 300 and an origin sensor. The individual magnetic sensors generate sensor output signals having waveforms in curved line shapes with a cycle of an electrical angle 2π of the electromechanical device 10. The n pieces of magnetic sensors 300 are disposed so as to individually generate sensor output signals of phase differences with electrical angles other than integral multiples of π. The position detecting section calculates an amount of movement of the rotor magnet 200 by using the sensor output signals from the n pieces of magnetic sensors 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
