<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film excellent in an optical characteristic with low manufacturing cost in response to a demand of an antireflection film that has excellent antireflection performance, strong surface strength, and excellent optical characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A hard coat layer having a hard coat function and curable by UV or electron beam radiation is formed on a transparent substrate. A silane coupling agent is added to the hard coat layer. Consequently, an adhesive force between the hard coat layer and a low refraction layer is increased when the low refraction layer is formed on the hard coat layer as an upper layer. Thus the antireflection film having excellent scratch resistance and high whole light transmittance does not generate an interference fringe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
