<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape or sheet which can effectively hold an adherend in a state fixed on a seat and can easily be peeled from a seat without damaging the adherend, and from which a processed article can be peeled by heating. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive tape or sheet has a thermally peeling-type adhesive layer containing a thermally expandable microsphere on one surface of a base material, and a temporarily fixing adhesive layer on the other surface thereof, wherein the shearing adhesive force of the temporarily fixing adhesive layer is ≥2.0 N/200 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>; the tensile adhesive force is 0.01 to 2.0 N/20 mm-width; the temporarily fixing adhesive layer is crosslinked with an isocyanate-based or epoxy-based crosslinking agent; and the temporarily fixing adhesive layer has a gel fraction of ≥80 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
