<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electrode on a piezoelectric member by electroless plating. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing an inkjet head which ejects ink by deformation of a lead-free piezoelectric member incident to application of a drive voltage, an electrode used for application of the drive voltage is formed by forming a first conductive pattern on the lead-free piezoelectric member, forming an insulation layer in a region of the lead-free piezoelectric member excepting at least the region where the first conductive pattern is formed, and then forming a second conductive pattern on the first conductive pattern by electroless plating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
