<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an application which is not used any more by an image processing device to another image processing device in such a case. <P>SOLUTION: A user of an image processing device 1 sets a registered application not to be used (S101). When a user of an image processing device 2 performs an operation to connect with the image processing device 1 (S81), the image processing device 2 sends a request to log in to the image processing device 1 (S91). When the user of the image processing device 2 is allowed to log in, and selects an application (S82), the image processing device 2 transmits a request to acquire the application to the image processing device 1 (S93). The image processing device 1 after transmitting the specified application to the image processing device 2 (S106) deletes the transmitted application (S107), and informs a terminal device of the user of a license key (S108).
