PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling wireless resource control states according to a terminal are provided to control wireless resource control states according to each terminal model by determining the termination of a timer. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(311) collects model kinds of a terminal. A mapping unit(314) maps the terminal to one of the preset groups according to the collected kinds of the terminal. A timer(312) is respectively set in a group which the terminal is mapped. When the timer is terminated, a state transition unit(313) controls the state transition of the terminal. An information storage unit stored information mapped in one or more groups. |
