[Solution] After forming a pattern (P) on one face of a glass substrate (1), a support (3) is temporarily adhered to the one face, the other face of the glass substrate (1) is subjected to an etching process to thin the glass substrate (1), a film substrate (5) is temporarily adhered to the other face after the etching process, the support (3) temporarily adhered to the one face of the glass substrate (1) is peeled off, the one face after the support (3) is peeled off and one face of a cover glass (6) are bonded, and the temporarily adhered film substrate (5) is peeled off from the other face.</p> |
