PURPOSE: A method for cooling air with water is provided to cool air with minimized energy consumption by heat-exchanging vapor generating while evaporating water and air flowing into indoor. CONSTITUTION: In a method for cooling air with water, indoor air or water to be cooled is sent into a vaporization heat exchange pipe by a fan. The exterior of the vaporization heat exchange pipe is touched with the indoor air by the fan. A contact surface pumps the water. Generated moist steam and air are discharged to the outside. The air flowing into the indoor heat-exchanges the temperature with and the heat exchange pipe.
