<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laminated soft magnetic sheet in which variation in sheet thickness is suppressed and fluctuation in magnetic permeability is small. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a laminated soft magnetic sheet includes a step (A) in which an epoxy-based soft-magnetic composition containing flat soft magnetic powder is applied on a peeling base material, and is dried at a temperature T1 which does not substantially cause curing reaction, to obtain a curing soft magnetic sheet formed on the peeling base material, a step (B) in which two curing soft magnetic sheets formed on the peeling base material are prepared, and they are stacked with the peeling base material positioned outside to provide a laminate, a step (C) in which the acquired laminate is applied with a linear pressure P1, a linear pressure P2, and a linear pressure P3 (where, P1<P2<P3) in this order using a laminator which applies a linear pressure at a temperature T2 that does not substantially cause curing reaction by way of the peeling base material, and a step (D) in which, at a temperature T3 which causes the curing reaction, the laminate that has been compressed through the peeling base material is practically cured by compression with a press machine that applies planer pressure, thereby providing a laminated soft magnetic sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
