<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved dosage form for performing controlled release of a useful organic substance, particularly, for being used in a situation that delivery of the organic substance with a high dosage is needed. <P>SOLUTION: This composite material includes a porous semiconductor impregnated with at least one useful organic substance, and the useful organic substance is present in an amount of at least 15 wt.% on the basis of the weight of the composite material.
