<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor built-in wiring board, along with a manufacturing method thereof and a capacitor thereof, capable of incorporating a capacitor which has a dielectric body of high specific dielectric constant and has a good characteristic by a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor built-in wiring board includes: a ceramic dielectric single layer; first and second metal conductor layers which have the same surface shape as that of the dielectric single layer and are provided to tightly contact to each surface of the dielectric single layer; first and second conductive member layers provided on the first and second metal conductor layers respectively; a plate-like organic material member in which a laminate is arranged not to generate a gap at the edge of an opening, with the laminate having first and second surfaces and an opening connecting them, containing the dielectric single layer, the first and second metal conductor layers, and the first and second conductive member layers in such a manner as the first and second conductive member layers are positioned on the first and second surface sides, at the opening; and first and second wiring patterns provided on the first and second surfaces of the organic material member respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
