<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection performance of an oscillation power range monitor. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation power range monitor 1 comprises: a noise removal filter 14 for removing a noise of an LPRM detection signal that is transmitted from a local power range monitor 10; an averaging processing part 15 for calculating a time average value of an LPRM detection value after removing the noise; time average processing part 16 for receiving input of an average value of the LPRM detection value and calculating the time average value; a normalization cell value calculation part 17 for receiving input of a height-direction average value of the LPRM detection value and the time value thereof, and calculating a normalization cell value with respect to each cell value; a trip determination part 13 for monitoring a power oscillation through an oscillation-based trip, a growth-rate-based trip and a period-based trip with respect to each normalization cell value, and outputting a scram trip signal when exceeding a set value; and a soundness confirming reference signal transmission part 11 for generating a simulation cell value that is variable in chronological order, and outputting it to the trip determination part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
