<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable electric tool that prevents damage to an electric circuit substrate even when an impact is applied to a handle part. <P>SOLUTION: The electric tool 1 includes a mounting part 10 where a battery pack B is detachably mounted, a handle part 20 protruding upward from the mounting part, and an electric circuit substrate 30 with a control circuit mounted thereon, which is arranged in an inside space 11 of the mounting part and near a root part 22 of the handle part.
