<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problems that in a ceiling hood positioned in a high place, air conditioning cost is increased because a large quantity of conditioned air in a restaurant is also sucked and fat and oil adheres to the inside of a ceiling duct which is fixed equipment and the cleaning of the inside of which is almost impossible. <P>SOLUTION: A horizontally long box 1 is arranged in the rear side of a heating cooker W, a suction duct is provided to the upper part of a top plate 4, the suction quantity of the air in the restaurant is suppressed to be small by forming a suction port 3 in such a manner that the suction port 3 is made close to the cooking surface of the heating cooker W side to suck almost all oily smoke before the oily smoke rises to an upper side from a counter. Further, a vertical connection duct 5 is connected to one end of the box 1 to enable air to be passed through an oil and fat recovery box 6 incorporating a filter 48 and the flow-in and adhesion of the impurities to the connection pipe A and a fixed pipe in the downstream side of the connection pipe A is suppressed to be extremely small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
