<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bend straightening apparatus for shape steel which can straighten bend of a shape steel having flanges in the end portion of a web, while preventing the generation of bend and warpage of the shape steel. <P>SOLUTION: The bend straightening apparatus for shape steel includes a pair of right and left roll force imparting rolls 17, 18 which impart a roll force from above to the inner surface of a flange 102 positioned in the lower side among a pair of flanges 102, 103 formed in the both web edge portion of a shape steel 10, and a roll force receiving roll 21 which receives the roll force imparted to the inner surface of the flange 102 by the roll force imparting rolls 17, 18 at the outer surface side of the flange 102, wherein the roll force imparting rolls 17, 18 have a taper portion 24 not contacting the inner surface of the flange 102 in the end face side not facing a web 101, and have a flat portion 25 contacting the inner surface of the flange 102 with the width narrower than one third of the relevant flange width in the end face side facing the web 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
