摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise reliability of a measurement result in measurement of an intermolecular interaction by excluding abnormal data due to air bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: When an intermolecular interaction among a plurality of substances on a thin film is optically measured, on a flow channel 14b for distributing sample solution containing a biochemical substance to be measured on the thin film by using a plurality of light guide means (bundle fibers 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d), a plurality of detection object areas 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d with mutually different positions are provided, arithmetic means determines presence/absence of abnormalities of the respective pieces of information based on relativity among the pieces of information for a plurality of pieces of information detected based on the plurality of light guide means, and calculates an execution result of measurement based on the plurality of pieces of information and a determination result of the presence/absence of the abnormalities.
