<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat exchanger tubes from being arranged at irregular intervals, even when a heat exchanger heated in a furnace. <P>SOLUTION: A shell and tube heat exchanger 1 includes: headers 3 arranged on the left and right sides, a plurality of heat exchanger tubes 4 disposed between the headers 3 arranged on the left and right sides, fins 5 installed in the circumference of each of the plurality of heat exchanger tubes 4, and a shell 2 that accommodates the heat exchanger tubes 4 with fins 5 installed; the spiral fins 5 are wound around the circumference of the heat exchanger tubes 4 disposed in a vertical direction. The rotation direction of the upper fins 5 is opposite to that of the lower fins 5 adjacent thereto, so that both the fins 5 are set to be touchable. As a result, even if the heat exchanger tubes 4 are bent, the distance between the heat exchanger tubes 4 and the distance between the heat exchanger tube and the shell 2 can be kept constant by contact of the fins 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
