<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device capable of appropriately sharing a message in real time in a plurality of terminal devices. <P>SOLUTION: A server device is configured to be communicable with the plurality of terminal devices for use in a plurality of mobile units. The server device includes: reception means for receiving a message, which is input to a terminal device by a user, from the terminal device concerned; storage means for storing the message received by the reception means correspondingly to the position of the terminal device having received the message; and transmission means for transmitting the message to the terminal device when the position stored in the storage means correspondingly to the message exists on a guidance route set in the terminal device.
