<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a correction error of a battery capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A battery capacity correcting device (1) for correcting a battery capacity in charging/discharging a secondary battery (11) comprises: a voltage detection part (25) for detecting a voltage of the secondary battery (11); a current detection part (26) for detecting a charging/discharging current of the secondary battery (11); and a battery remaining charge management part (43) for managing battery remaining charge in charging/discharging the secondary battery (11) on the basis of detection results obtained by the voltage detection part (25) and the current detection part (26).
