<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication network of a communication system connecting between a terminal station device and a data collection device from being in a congestion state, and to secure excellent data transmitting/receiving between the terminal station and the data collection device. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal station device is arranged for each of multiple meters dispersively arranged, and periodically transmits data measured by each of the meters to a data collection device. The terminal station device comprises a transmission part for periodically transmitting terminal station ID data and the data measured by the meter to the data collection device. Each transmission part, when transmitting the data at start-up, calculates delay time based on the terminal station ID data, and starts transmitting the data after time corresponding to the delay time has passed since the transmission part started up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
