Provided is a vacuum insulation container having a welded part wherein the welded part can be easily repaired even if, after the basic structure of the vacuum insulation container is assembled, a defect is found regarding the airtightness of the welded part and the vacuum state cannot be maintained, or a defect is generated in the welded part afterward and the vacuum state cannot be maintained. A vacuum insulation container (1), wherein: an internal container (2) and an external container (3) form a container body; an inner space between the internal container (2) and the external container (3) is vacuumized; a welded part required for making the inner space airtight is provided on a portion of the container body, the portion being exposed to the opposite side of the inner space; a folded part (241) which is bent toward the inner side is formed at, for example the lower end of a second side wall (24) which is a separate body from a bottom plate (22) of the internal container (2); the folded part (241) is located on the bottom plate (22) near the edge thereof; and the tip of the folded part (241) and the bottom plate (22) are welded to form a welded part (W1).
