<p>An operating switch (20) for an air conditioner is provided with a switch (25) affixed to a base member (27), an operating body (26) for operating the switch (25), and a front surface cover (22) that covers the switch (25). The operating body (26) is attached to the base member (27). The operating body (26) is disposed so as to face the switch (25). Part of the operating body (26) protrudes to the outside passing through the front surface cover (22) that covers the operating body (26) so as to make operation from the outside possible. A connecting part that connects the operating body (26) and the front surface cover (22) is provided. The connecting part is formed from a receiving latch part (40) provided on the operating body (26) and a latch part (41) provided on the front surface cover (22). When the front surface cover (22) is attached to the base member (27), the latch part (41) latches with the receiving latch part (40). When an impact is received, the movement of the operating body (26) and the movement of the front surface cover (22) are synchronized by the connecting part, and the operating body (26) is not offset in relation to the switch (25). A switch structure such that the switch function is not lost even if an impact is received can be achieved.</p> |
