<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a target space by stably spraying an arbitrary active constituent. <P>SOLUTION: A method of treating the target space includes a step of spraying, in the target space required to be treated, a composition in an effective amount for the treatment, the composition containing (i) and (ii) as follows. The sprayed composition is liquid particles in a mist form, which have an average particle diameter of not less than 100 nm but not more than 10 μm and an average charge number of or not less than +40 but or not more than +40,000.
