<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performance data described in an operation diary to be retrieved and visualized and to enable relationship between the performance data and a keyword to be comprehensible. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a knowledge information extraction device in a manufacturing process which extracts knowledge information using a database 101 which accumulates data on an operation diary having: a performance data column 205 where a value of performance data is described; and a special note column 207 which enables an operator to describe a specific and concrete matter. The knowledge information extraction device: retrieves an input name of the performance data from the performance data column 205 of the operation diary accumulated in the database 101; generates a graph of the performance data corresponding to the input name of the performance data; and displays the graph on a display device 103. The knowledge information extraction device also extracts a related keyword, from the special note column 207, related to the operation diary which includes the performance data narrowed down with a narrowing-down condition in the performance data column 205 and displays the keyword on the display device 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
