<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification circuit that has a small circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient (C2+2<SP POS="POST">n</SP>*C1) of a compensation voltage ä(C2+2<SP POS="POST">n</SP>*C1)*Vref/2<SP POS="POST">n</SP>} for compensating an offset voltage (G2*Vo1+Vo2) of the amplification circuit varies in the range of 0-(2<SP POS="POST">2n</SP>-1). In the mode, the number of output terminals of a voltage dividing circuit 31 for outputting divided voltages for compensation voltage generation is not 2<SP POS="POST">2n</SP>but 2*2<SP POS="POST">n</SP>for both additive/subtractive voltage generation circuits 41 and 42.
