PURPOSE: A shore protection structure for efficiently reducing wave energy is provided to enable the efficient installation of artificial ripraps by considering the contact surfaces of the artificial ripraps and wave energy. CONSTITUTION: A shore protection structure for efficiently reducing wave energy comprises multiple frames and artificial ripraps(20) for reducing wave energy. The frames are arranged along the seashore at uniform intervals. The filling spaces formed between the frames are filled with the artificial ripraps. The artificial ripraps are formed in a thin disk shape and efficiently reduce wave energy.
