<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell having a high oxide ionic conductivity and having a solid electrolyte capable of appropriately preventing electron conduction between a fuel electrode and an air electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A SOFC100 of this invention has a laminate structure comprising a fuel electrode 10 with a porous structure, a solid electrolyte 20 comprising an oxide ion conductor and an air electrode 30 with a porous structure. The solid electrolyte 20 is a multilayer structure solid electrolyte including at least a first solid electrolyte layer 22 comprising a perovskite oxide represented by the general formula: (Ln<SB POS="POST">1-x</SB>Ae<SB POS="POST">x</SB>)(M<SB POS="POST">1-y</SB>Fe<SB POS="POST">y</SB>)O<SB POS="POST">3-δ</SB>(1) and a second solid electrolyte layer 24 comprising cerium oxide or stabilized zirconia. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
