Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are a method and system for scheduling channel resources and a base station, which apply to the technical field of communications. In the present embodiment, a base station first pre-schedules user equipment (UE) corresponding to a downlink resource in at least one subframe before scheduling an uplink resource, so as to obtain information of the pre-scheduled UE, said information being referred to when scheduling the uplink resource, then sends the scheduled uplink resource information to the scheduled UE by means of an uplink authorization; when the uplink channel information of the UE is received, a downlink transmission weight for Null Forming (NF) is calculated; when at least one pre-scheduled subframe arrives, the downlink frequency band of the UE is scheduled to be the same frequency band as that by which the UE sends uplink channel information; the downlink resource information is sent to the UE according to the calculated downlink transmission weight of the NF. According to the method in the present embodiment, interference between cells can be reduced and the effect of the NF on interference inhibition is improved.
