<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incident management information system for automatically collecting the elapsed time of corresponding situations by using an incident management system having a workflow and a template for tabulation. <P>SOLUTION: An incident management information system includes: an incident management system 10 for inputting incident information, and for storing not only the incident information but also the history of a workflow corresponding to the incident information in an incident database 20; and a tabulation template 31 for defining an elapsed time tabulation range between processing steps in the history of the workflow and the classification of the target incident information in the elapsed time tabulation range. This incident management information system is configured to tabulate the elapsed time of the processing step of the workflow on the basis of the information of the history of the workflow and the tabulation template 31, and to output an elapsed time tabulation report 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
