<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner distribution member that supplies toner supplied from a toner storage container in a distributed state into a developing device with a simple configuration, and a toner distribution mechanism including the toner distribution member. <P>SOLUTION: A toner distribution member 25 includes a rotation shaft 25a, and projections 25b for distribution, each of which is formed by winding a flexible first film member with a plurality of cuts formed on one side thereof on the outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft 25a so as for the cuts to face outward.
