<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve control system for detecting a valve opening point even in other than the first operation or test operation while preventing a start of an air conditioner or the like from delaying, and enabling efficient and stable operation even in a compact freezing/refrigerating showcase or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The motor-operated valve control system includes: valve opening point detection means 13, 14, and 16, increasing a valve opening degree of the motor-operated valve 5 from a valve closing position by a predetermined opening degree in every predetermined period, and detecting the valve opening degree when an outlet temperature Vout of the motor-operated valve changes beyond a predetermined temperature as a valve opening point; a storage means 20 storing the valve opening point detected by the valve opening point detection means; flow rate control means 13, 14 15, and 16, carrying out flow rate control by the motor-operated valve using the valve opening point stored in the storage means as a lower opening degree limit; and an operation means 17 for detecting the valve opening point by the valve opening point detection means.
