PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the physical properties such as strength in a carbon fiber-reinforced polyolefin-based composite material.

SOLUTION: The carbon fiber-reinforced composite material contains 10-100 mm long or continuously long carbon fibers to whose surfaces a sizing agent composition containing a polyurethane resin and a polyether resin are adhered, and an acid group-containing polyolefin-based resin having an acid content (converted into maleic anhydride) of 0.05-0.5 wt.%.
