<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the component of a molten metal in blowing operation. <P>SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing part 21 calculates the oxygen amount as an oxidation reaction amount used for an oxidation reaction of molten steel 101 based on the component of an exhaust gas generated during blowing operation of the molten steel 101, generates a plurality of groups of oxygen amounts used for oxidization of each component constituting the molten steel 101 based on the calculated oxidization reaction amount, calculates the reaction equilibrium evaluation value per generated group, extracts the group in a predetermined area where the calculated reaction equilibrium evaluation value exists, and calculates the concentration range of each component constituting the molten steel 101 based on the extracted groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
