<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding member for a compressor, in which solvent components of a surface conditioner and a chemical liquid for forming a phosphate film, contain 1 ppm or more of the total amount of Ca, Mg, Na and K, so that the phosphate film exerts high oil retaining power on a lubricant, thereby exhibiting high reliability, and to provide a compressor having high reliability and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the sliding member, the total amount of Ca, Mg, Na and K contained in the solvent components of the surface conditioner and the chemical liquid for forming the phosphate film, is controlled to be 1 ppm or more to form the phosphate film 127 in part of a surface of a sliding part material. The oil retaining power acting on the lubricant 103 is improved by forming the phosphate film 127 with a film thickness of 0.5 μm or more in the part of the surface of the sliding part material, thereby improving wear resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
