<p>Provided is a technology wherein occupancy/absence of a human being within a room can be determined with more accuracy. Provided, according to one embodiment, is a network system (1) equipped with a first human-occupancy sensor (200A) for executing sensing within an area near an entrance of a room, a second human-occupancy sensor (200B) for executing sensing within an area more to the inside of the room than the area near the entrance, and a controller (100). The controller comprises: a communication interface (105) for receiving first information that indicates the result of the sensing by the first human-occupancy sensor, and receiving second information that indicates the result of the sensing by the second human-occupancy sensor; and a processor (110) that determines occupancy/absence of a human being within a room on the basis of the first information and the second information.</p> |
