PURPOSE: A packaging box for pellicles is provided to stably and cleanly transport the large sized pellicles without being separated from a pellicle storage container. CONSTITUTION: A packaging box(1) for pellicles includes the following: a pellicle storage container(30) for storing the large sized pellicles with one side having the length longer than 1,000mm; plural buffering bodies with concave units(17) for inserting plural leg units(33); and one wall material(13) detachable from the packaging box. The buffering body is formed by laminating plural layers having different hardness.
