THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer printer capable of performing excellent printing by suppressing temperature variation around a thermal transfer unit in order to obtain stable printing density.

SOLUTION: The thermal transfer printer includes: a thermal transfer printer; a booth which accommodates at least an ink transfer part for transferring ink; an air supply device which takes in air, and includes a temperature control mechanism for subjecting the air to temperature control; an air supply duct which supplies the outside air discharged from the air supply device and is subjected to temperature control into the booth; and an exhaust duct which discharged the air in the booth to the outside. Temperature in the booth is controlled to the specified temperature.
