<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm air heater excellent in design and to provide a method for manufacturing the warm air heater. <P>SOLUTION: A warm air heater 1 is configured to include a combustion device and a blower in an outer frame member 2 and discharge warm air from a warm air outlet formed on the outer frame member 2. The warm air heater includes a warm air outlet forming member 6 forming the warm air outlet. The warm air outlet forming member 6 has an exterior member 25 and a fixing member 26. An air blast aperture and a wind direction board 28 are integrally formed on the exterior member 25. The exterior member 25 and the fixing member 26 have a pair of engagement parts. The fixing member 26 is integrally fixed on the back side of the exterior member 25 by the engagement parts.
