<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring test device and a measuring test method, capable of efficiently and simultaneously testing a plurality of devices to be tested. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring test device in this invention includes a body part having a plurality of measuring devices to control the measuring devices for testing the device to be tested, and one or more extension parts to be connected to the body part. The body part is provided with a use propriety determination part for determining whether a measuring device requested to use is usable or not, and a first path control part for controlling a connection path from the measuring device to the extension part when determined as usable. The extension part is provided with: a use request part requesting the use of the measuring device to be used for testing the device to be tested which is connected to the extension part among the measuring devices provided in the body part; a second path control part for controlling the connection path from the connection path controlled by the first path control part to the device to be tested when determined as usable; and a test request part for controlling the measuring device to be used and requesting the device to be tested so as to perform the test by using the connection path, with regard to the body part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
