摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode active material for a secondary battery containing a lithium-containing phosphate compound having an olivine type structure with safety and at low manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode active material for a secondary battery containing a lithium-containing phosphate compound having an olivine type structure comprises the steps of mixing a starting material containing a lithium-containing material, an iron-containing material, and a phosphorus-containing material, drying the mixed material, and burning the dried material.
